How do I report a bug or issue with one of your apps?
If you encounter any bugs or issues with our applications, please send us an email at support@codebit-inc.com with the following information:
- App name and version
- Device model and iOS/macOS version
- A detailed description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if possible)
- Screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
As our applications are distributed through Apple's App Store, refunds are handled by Apple directly. To request a refund for any App Store purchase, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to submit a refund request.
How can I request a new feature for one of your apps?
We welcome feature suggestions! Please email us at support@codebit-inc.com with the subject line "Feature Request - [App Name]" and include a detailed description of the feature you'd like to see. We carefully consider all user feedback when planning updates.
How often do you update your apps?
We regularly update our apps to add new features, fix bugs, and ensure compatibility with the latest iOS and macOS versions. The frequency varies depending on the app and the scope of the updates. You can find the latest release information on each product's page under the "Release Notes" section.
Are your apps available on platforms other than iOS and macOS?
Currently, most of our apps are available on Apple platforms (iOS and macOS), with Year Progress also available on Android. We're evaluating expanding to other platforms in the future based on user demand. If you'd like to see one of our apps on another platform, please let us know through our support email.
